Senior Search Consultant - Hertfordshire - Salary to £50k + bonus + profit share + equity

My client is an independent search and recruitment consultancy specialising in Search, Interim Management and all areas of financial recruitment.  Established since 2002 they have a strong track record and are now looking at a new phase of growth on both their Search and Interim and Financial recruitment teams.

They are looking to hire an experienced, Senior Recruitment Consultant to work on their Search and Interim division focusing on roles in the £70k – £200k range.  Working closely with the owners of the business and the Head of the Interim practice, this role will be central to developing their senior search brand.  As a business they have a strong track record with a wide variety of companies ranging from SMEs to Blue-Chip organisations across a variety of industries including telecoms, software, FMCG, pharmaceuticals and retail and you would inherit a “warm desk” with full access to all clients/contacts.  Your remit would be to promote the Search  practice to these legacy clients as well as establishing your own contacts.  There will be no geographical or other restrictions and you would be the main point of contact for all senior, permanent appointments.

This role would be well-suited to an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a minimum of 5 years+ experience, ideally recruiting senior finance appointments although this is not essential.  This is a key, high profile role within the company and they are seeking an ambitious and credible individual to drive the success of their senior business.  They have ambitious plans to grow the business over the next 3 years’ and you would play a significant role in that development.  It is a real opportunity to develop your own business in a more flexible, entrepreneurial environment and reap the rewards.  They will offer an attractive basic salary, a generous bonus scheme offering the opportunity to take home 30-40% of your personal billings.  This could be further enhanced by profit-share from team development in the future.  There will also be the potential for equity involvement.
