Based in stunning offices in the City of London, they have been established over 12 years’ and have a team of highly motivated, well trained, rewarded and respected Recruitment Consultants who recruit for Investment Banking, Fund Management, Hedge Funds, Broking and Corporate Trading floor operations and finance recruitment.
They have a well established Corporate Governance team specialising within vertical markets and due to increase in demand they are now looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their Risk team where the average recruitment fee is between £12,000 - £22,000!
You will be working a dual desk and the areas of risk you will cover include Performance Risk, Quantitative Risk, Market Risk, Liquidity Risk, Regulatory Risk and IT Risk. This is an excellent opportunity to manage your own specialist desk and you will be given large banking client accounts as well as a database of specialist candidates and clients making this a hot desk.
The successful applicant will have over 18 months’ recruitment experience ideally within financial services. Experience in risk is useful but not essential as full training will be given however you will have a genuine interest in banking and financial services. A solid, consistent work history is preferred as well as a good track record of billings.
Each consultant takes part in an intensive training process ensuring they have excellent technical knowledge of their markets, has access to state of the art recruitment software and each team has dedicated support staff to help you in your role.
