They have a well-established team specialising within vertical markets within Banking Operations and Corporate Governance and due to increase in demand they now require a Recruitment Consultant to work on a dual desk focusing on Project Management / Business Analyst hires where the average recruitment fee is between £9,000 - £18,000!
The areas you will cover include Business Analyst, Project Management, Programme Management and Change Management. This is an excellent opportunity to manage your own specialist desk and you will be given large banking client accounts as well as a database of specialist candidates and clients making this a hot desk.
The successful applicant will have over 18 months’ experience as a Recruitment Consultant ideally within financial services. A solid, consistent work history is preferred as well as a good track record of billings.
Each consultant takes part in an intensive training process ensuring they have excellent technical knowledge of their markets, has access to state of the art recruitment software and each team has dedicated support staff to help you in your role.
