Exciting opportunity to support the top biller of a leading agency specialising in recruiting temporary office support staff into not-for-profit companies as a Resourcer. Offering an extremely competitive basic salary of £25k along with some exceptional benefits, incentives and career opportunities. This is a company who have built a huge name for themselves within the industry and are on their way to the top, with presence on the PSLs for some of the most well-known charitable organisations.
Based in London Bridge, this is a fantastic opportunity to work on a busy desk, sourcing candidates for both temporary vacancies and to learn from an excellent experienced consultant. For the right person, there is the chance to progress into a consultant in the future, but equally my client values career-resourcers and are happy to incentivise and create a bespoke career path according to the individual.
This is a particularly good company to work for due to their exceptional retention rate where a recent survey found that 100% of their staff deemed themselves to be ‘very happy’. This is possibly down to their cultivation of a mature, collaborative environment, where staff are given the chance to work towards high standards and are expected to self-manage without strict KPIs along with the promotion of work life balance, with working hours of 9am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday. The senior management team encourage ideas company wide and are happy to listen to as well as support their staff. Benefits are generous and include plenty of incentives including trips abroad, days out, several days per year for employees to dedicate to volunteering for a charity of their choice and the opportunity to take a sabbatical after a certain length of employment. This agency have a very strong reputation and brand within their industry, so clients and candidates are happy to make referrals and work with them, making your job much easier!
