Rare opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant specialising in the supply of Secretarial staff to run a dual desk for an agency who are already market leaders within the Financial and Professional Services.
This is a warm desk within a new team within the business, where you will be given clients and jobs to work on from day one, along with a huge database of business from other divisions to introduce the Secretarial team to! With no threshold for the first 6 months and 10% commission on everything you bill in this period, both temporary and permanent revenue, you will have every opportunity to earn yourself some great money even in your first year.
The sky is the limit in this role as you will be joining a brand new division which currently consists of one manager, who is looking for her number two. She will be passing clients to you on a regular basis and expecting you to be hungry enough to bring in your own clients and develop into a manager yourself, bringing in a consultant under you once your desk is established. There is a large database of candidates for you to choose from, along with an abundance of untapped business.
You will have at least 1-2 years’ experience as either a Temporary or Permanent Secretarial Consultant, having managed the entire recruitment process from business development to candidate generation, fee negotiation and closing deals. It would be a huge advantage if you have recruited Secretarial staff into either Financial Services or Professional Services, although this is not essential if you have the right attitude and are extremely client facing. You will have a strong work ethic and have the emotional intelligence to be able to adapt to different environments as you will be dealing with a range of businesses. You must be polished, professional, resilient and looking to work in one of London’s top agencies.
