You will have 1-2 years’ experience as a Permanent Recruitment Consultant specializing in the supply of Secretarial and Support staff, although this can be from any industry. You will be a self-motivated and driven consultant who loves business development and isn’t afraid to get out there and win new clients, as well as being capable of filling existing jobs.
A sense of urgency is essential for this role as the market is competitive, although this agency have many exclusive clients who you will be able to take advantage of. You must have first rate communication skills, with the ability to write well due to the industry you will be working with.
In such a small working environment, attitude and accountability are the key to success here – there is nowhere to hide in an office of 5!
