Temporaries Recruitment Consultant / Support into Facilities Management - London - £negotiable + competitive uncapped commission

My client, a fast paced consultancy based in luxurious offices in the City of London, require a temporaries consultant to join their Facilities Management team.  Consultants in this company bill as much as £700k per year here, and are given the autonomy to run their desks as they see fit.  You will be rewarded with a top basic salary, one of the best commission structures in the market and a chance to progress within a successful and well-established organisation working alongside like-minded people.

This team is extremely busy so you will have business to work on from day one.  80% of the business in this area is recruiting Receptionists for high end clients and the role is hugely high volume.  You must be super polished and organised with a high level of attention to detail because they will expect you to remember all clients’ individual requirements and keep your candidates informed.  Some clients in this area tend to be quite demanding, so you would need to be able to work quickly under pressure and have first rate communication skills to deal with this.  You will be expected to take part in the early morning rota for short notice bookings, whereby you would be on call to fill any bookings from 6.30am on a rotation basis.

This role is perfect for an experienced Temporary Consultant who is used to dealing with high volume bookings and preferably high end corporate clients.  Consultants in this team bill over £300k per year and fill over 30 bookings per day.  There is room to progress within the organisation.
