Their dedicated Procurement team operate within specialist vertical markets and have the capability to deliver client mandates on a contingent, search and interim basis. They handle assignments across the UK as well as internationally.
This is a key hire for them and they are looking for a Team Leader/Manager to run the permanent business that operates across Industry and Commerce.
You will be managing a team of three initially and be tasked with growing the team further. This is a billing role too and you will be working on roles from £50 – 120k and recruiting across multiple industries in the UK. Average fees are £15k.
You will be joining a fantastic, entrepreneurial team of recruiters who have a lot of experience and skill. To be successful, the ideal candidate will be a highly ambitious recruiter with leadership experience or be a Senior/Managing Consultant ready to step up. You will be professional, have an excellent track record in recruitment, possess superb communication skills and have the ability to deal with a senior, highly professional client and candidate network.
