This scheme will start on the 1st of December and will teach you within six months how to attract the best talent in the market before being promoted to a consultant where you would benefit from being given a client base to work with.
You could choose to place experienced recruiters into one of the following sectors:
• Creative and Media
• Construction and Technical
• Public Sector
The recruitment to recruitment sector is all about being able to generate the best candidates in the market, our well thought out trainee plan will give you this skillset before you will be handed clients that are established within GSR2R.
This will give you the best start to become a market specialist as a recruiter and the quickest path to earning money in commission.

You would be working closely and finding candidates for one of the management team at GSR2R.
Everyone at this level has been with the business for over 10 years and you will learn from the best and have the tools to make deals and earn money from day one.
For your commitment to working this way you will be rewarded with:
• Good basic salary with 2 pay rises to be achieved in your first year.

Your role for the first 6 months will include:
• Client visits
• Taking new briefs/role’s
• Full candidate search/generation
• Advert writing
• Preparing candidates
• LinkedIn Searches
• Prepare short list of candidates
• Database calls/searches
• Referral management
• Service and recruit for 3 clients (once you have passed 4 months).
After 6 months:
Full recruitment management of your chosen recruitment sector within recruitment to recruitment.
We are looking for motivated people who have a minimum of a years experience working within customer service or business to business sales since leaving education (not retail).
You will get full training, however you will be asked at times to work on your own and be responsible for your role and the part you will play in GRS2R’s success.
GSR2R are a small office with currently 6 people so you need to want to work in a small team and make sure that you make a difference in the part you play.
