My client has been established in the executive search and selection sector for over 20 years, with a focus towards technical disciplines across all sectors. They employ over 40 staff across two sites in London and Bristol and have a very large internal research function that supports all fee earners to deliver on retained assignments. They do not work on any contingent work and have a proven track record in delivering to large international clients at predominantly the £100k to £200k salary level.
They are looking to grow their London office by adding up to 3 fee earners by April 2015 and want professional recruiters that are willing to start their own desk in any sector with huge support from the client, their internal research team and other key infrastructure. It as a business development focused role aimed at winning retained work.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in any contingent market and be motivated by the step up into senior level recruitment on a retained basis. You must have the confidence that you can sell a retained solution, manage multiple assignments and have the personality and gravitas to work at the senior end of your chosen sector.
