My client is one of London’s most successful and rapidly expanding construction and property recruitment consultancies. Established in 2009 they now have over 50 staff and a turnover in excess of £15 million. They have established teams in a number of sectors in the built environment but want to expand their Architecture team. They are privately owned, have huge growth plans and are keen to strengthen their management team. Their internal training is award winning and they have developed a professional and autonomous working environment by hiring experienced recruiters and supplementing teams with home grown talent.
The architecture team is performing very well and is very profitable but needs direction, leadership and to grow further. Excellent market conditions and a team of 2 junior architecture recruiters are generating permanent fee’s in excess of £30k per month but they are overwhelmed by the volume of work. My client are looking to recruit an experienced architectural recruiter who either has previous management experience or is keen to take a step into management and build a team. This is a billing role with the scope to move away from billing in the future and with the aim to take the team of 2 to a minimum of 5 by the end of 2015.
