With over 10 years exposure to this market both nationally and Internationally they are recognised by and work with many of the major M&E design consultancies and building services main contractors and have very strong longstanding relationships. They have an outstanding reputation and any new employee will start with a warm, if not HOT desk given the volume of work currently. A team of 10, they are looking to expand their permanent offering placing white-collar professionals in the Building Services and M&E sector.

This is a great opportunity to work with a niche, specialist player in a busy and highly lucrative sector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months permanent recruitment experience within any recruitment sector. Knowledge of the building services or M&E sectors would be highly advantageous but is not essential. What is important is the self motivation and ability to work on a high volume of vacancies and seek out and select the best candidates in the market. We can give you a HOT desk but a strong focus to attract candidates in a candidate led market is essential.
The commission structure is outstanding as is the access to a national and even international client base in building services and M&E. If you are a strong permanent recruiter you can learn the market and be making great commission very quickly.
