Superb opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant with experience in the finance space to work for a fast growing, boutique recruitment company based in Central London.
The company is owner managed with the Directors still very much actively involved in the heart of the business. They do not operate to KPI’s but invest heavily in training at all levels and offer excellent support to all staff.
All consultants operate with their own portfolio of clients and in certain areas, their market is strongly focused towards candidate generation. Each consultant has a designated career map from day one. The hierarchy is well set out, they are transparent about salaries, responsibilities and targets at each level in order for the consultant to progress.
Due to an increased volume in business, they are looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their established Accounting and Finance division. They work with an exciting portfolio of clients across Commerce & Industry and although they can offer a warm desk with permanent roles to work on immediately, you will need to be prepared to do the 360 piece in order to maximise client relationships and build new business. The client base is across London and ranges from SME’s to larger, corporate FTSE100 clients. You will be working on roles at salary levels from £40 – 120k.
The successful candidate will have a minimum 2 years’ experience recruiting Accounting and Finance staff. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
