Contracts Consultant to work alongside the Manager. This is the newest team and they are flying.
You would spend:
40% of your time focusing on maintaining and enhancing client relationships
40% of your time focusing on delivering to their customer base (directly and through the research team)
20% of their time assisting the team leader in:
•Strategically growing the team and increasing revenue
•Identifying training needs for individuals or groups of people
•Monitoring customer satisfaction and focusing on ‘best in class’ performance
•Identifying training needs for individuals within the team
•Continual focus on innovative thinking and evolution of everything they do

You will have the ability to build relationships both face to face and over the phone with decision makers at all levels and have a creative attitude towards recruitment and recruitment services. Crucially you will be a quick learner and be adaptable to the changing needs of your clients as well as being able to add value to the process & relationship via a superior understanding of specific industry sectors and related market intelligence. You will be confident in headhunting and presenting candidates as well as pitching for all levels of business.
