Team Leader/ Manager – Transactional/Part Qualified Finance - Central London - Competitive basic salary + commission + benefits

My client is a leading, independent  finance recruitment business in Central London established for over 20 years’.  Currently employing over 100 staff, they are one of the largest financial recruitment businesses in the London market and offer the most amazing career opportunities.

They are looking to hire a Team Leader to join and lead their super successful transactional/part qualified team.  The team is 12 strong and they recruit accounting and finance professionals from £18k – 50k primarily into PSL clients within Commerce and Industry and Financial Services.  Everyone works a dual desk and deals with volume roles.

Reporting in to a Director, this is a billing role but the successful candidate will be offered a hot desk with a well networked client and candidate database and will be able to bill and make money from day one.  You will have immediate responsibility for a team of 2 with a remit to grow this to 4 billing consultants in the short term.
