My client is a London based specialist recruitment consultancy and market leader in the provision of finance and HR professionals. It is owner managed, has been established since 2004, are a super successful brand and their success is largely down to the recruitment and retention of some of the most established consultants in the recruitment market. They are a Fast Track 100 company and offer a fresh, down to earth approach to recruitment based on relationship, sound judgement and exceptional customer service. They employ over 30 people and have a current turnover of £46 million.
Due to an internal promotion they are looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their permanent division. The successful candidate will be working on a permanent desk, recruiting accounting and finance professionals into Charity/Central Government at salaries from £40k - £90k primarily. This is a hot desk that made over 50 placements last year and generated over £300k in revenue.
The ideal candidate will have 18 months’ experience recruiting accounting and finance candidates, will be hungry to make placements and want to earn a lot of money. Sector experience is not necessary as training will be given.
Consultants who work here are set up to succeed with ongoing training, both internal and external, on the desk support and access to one of the strongest candidate databases in London.
