An exciting senior role has arisen to lead and grow the Accounting and Finance division of this established and recognised brand in the London and international recruitment market.
My client is an award winning, leading specialist professional recruitment consultancy with offices in London, Singapore and Hong Kong. Established over 15 years’ they have been supplying exceptional financial services candidates to a cutting edge client base, including leading investment banks, asset managers and blue chips in London.
Over the years’ they have built up a loyal client base, providing excellent service and delivery with a strong candidate generation focus. The business have continually grown year on year, are highly profitable and being independent they are able to invest and grow the business. They had a record year in 2014 and are looking to repeat this in success in 2015.
Eighteen months ago, they launched a brand new Accounting and Finance division as a separate revenue stream and have had some excellent success. Now is the time to focus on the division, this is a key hire for them and the long term plan is to grow it into a £1m+ business.
To that end my client is looking to hire an experienced Manager/Team Leader to drive the Accounting and Finance division, recruit new hires and help to penetrate new markets in Commerce & Industry and Financial Services. Leveraging off the existing client database, your remit will include working on a dual desk recruiting part qualified to qualified candidates into a diverse client base, developing PSL’s and relationships with existing and potentially new clients and building the team out further. The plan is to take the team to 6 consultants in the next 18 – 24 months and this is one of those rare opportunities that offers the chance to “make it your own” and have a significant impact on the business growth.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Billing Manager, with experience recruiting accounting and finance candidates into Commerce & Industry or Financial Services. You will be experienced in creating and implementing strategy in order to drive growth and have the ability to motivate and inspire a team and drive a high performing culture.
The role requires a resilient individual who is a strong networker, able to influence at all levels, internally and externally and is hands on with developing client relationships. You will be a highly motivated recruiter who can lead by example, has a proven track record of fee generation and can grow a desk of your own and encourage a consistent revenue stream and constant growth.
In return you will be rewarded with an extremely competitive basic salary of £50-60k as well as generous benefits, commission structure and further incentives. You will receive complete freedom and control of building the division but with the support of a very experienced recruitment owner with a super track record.
