Managing Consultant Bids - Surrey - £35k Plus 30% Commission

My client is a highly profitable and ambitious market leader in the built and natural environment with seven years experience and a reputation for delivering high end professional service specialising in senior appointments in the £50,000 to £100,000 salary bracket on both contingent and retained basis.

Set up in Twickenham in 2007 this company experienced rapid growth opening up two more offices, one in London Bridge and another in Manchester since then they have expanded their sector coverage and established a specialist team focused wholly on Bids and Marketing in the Built Environment, the first of its kind.

My client has a role based in Twickenham supporting a Director and leading a Bids Team, this is a fast paced desk with the average permanent fee set at £10k.This is a well established and high performing team at the forefront of its sector.

This agency is a market leader in bids in the built environment this is a specialist sector and you will be working with the best and most innovative consultants in the business, this will enable you to progress your career and earn fantastic commission.

My client offers a high basic salary with a very impressive 30% commission structure, last year the top biller hit £400k and with ongoing support from internal trainers and all the tools to help you succeed in, you too could be hitting these figures as you will inherit a warm desk.

My client is also very keen to promote Consultants when they are hitting targets and performing exceptionally well, one particular Consultant has been promoted three times in three years.

We are looking for a Consultant with minimum of 3 years experience in Built Environment but would consider someone from a professional recruitment background. The ideal candidate will have a professional recruitment process, be ambitious and want to develop their career further.
