This role will be focused on senior level salaries between £80k and £150k, recruiting up to director level and focusing on hard to find candidates for market leading construction, property and civil engineering clients. You will be working from an extensive “live” client database and you will receive great support from the existing team including a researcher to support the desk.
The desk generated over £400k in revenue in 2014 and is growing with market demand.
Over 90% of assignments are retained work so experience in this area would be beneficial and the ideal candidate will have senior level recruitment experience but this is not essential. Most importantly the ideal candidate will have the gravitas and professionalism to work at a senior level and a thorough understanding of the construction, property and civil engineering markets or specific exposure to one of these sectors.
