My client is a specialist construction and property recruitment consultancy set up in 2010 that has grown to 29 staff and a £8million turnover in less than 5 years. They specialise in the Property Consultancy, FM and Social Housing sectors and have developed a great reputation within such a short space of time for excellent client service and having a great working environment. They have a great loyal client base and have excelled in developing their own staff as well as hiring experienced recruiters from their competitors.
Due to maternity leave they have an opportunity to inherit HOT FM soft services desk that needs to be managed and ultimately grown – currently running at 25 temps – focused on Facilities Coordinators, helpdesk staff, post room staff plus other support functions this desk is billing over £15k per month in contract revenue. There is also the opportunity to make permanent and temp to perm placements making this easily a £20k per month desk. The client base is “end user” businesses across the City and are loyal and frequent repeat users.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 18 months recruitment experience within the FM soft services market but we would consider a recruiter from a high volume, low margin sector such as industrial and driving. They must have excellent customer service skills as well as be diligent and hard working as many vacancies are received last minute and need to be filled immediately. It is a fast-paced desk and there is huge scope for growth not only within the existing client base but also with new clients across the FM sector.
