My client is an independently owned but successful construction and property recruitment agency based in Orpington who are looking to expand. Only three years old they employ 10 staff and have a turnover of close to £5 million. Specialising in Construction and M&E they have established themselves as a strong brand name in the market and have taken both trainee and experienced recruiters and made them successful. With a national remit the sky is the limit for someone who wants to join an exciting business with huge growth potential which could lead longer term to equity or profit share. Set up by two very experienced senior recruiters with over 20 years market exposure they can offer a great home for a recruiter with any experience within the built environment who want to work locally in Orpington, Kent. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months recruitment experience preferably in the construction market but we are open to all technical disciplines and must be highly self-motivated and hungry for success. In return is a fantastic commission structure paying up to 30% and a competitive basic salary dependent on experience. This role will ideally suit somebody looking to live and work locally but wants the potential earnings and success of a London based role and wants to work for an ambitious and professional recruitment business.
