They are experts across construction, architecture and interiors, building services (contracting and consultancy), structural engineering, residential, fit-out and civils/infrastructure. With a turnover of over £15 million they are looking to double in size in the next 3 years and are keen to attract the best talent in the market.
They have a great opportunity to inherit an established permanent desk in the M&E consultancy market that generated fees in excess of £200k in the past 12 months. As part of the growth strategy the directors are moving to non-billing roles so the role is to inherit one of the business director’s desks. You will inherit strong relationships with leading clients within the sector on a national basis and also a very up-to-date candidate database. The commission structure is outstanding with a low threshold and up to 30% commission plus monthly and quarterly bonus for hitting above target. We are also looking to build a team around this individual and there is an amazing team override structure to boost your earnings.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months recruitment experience within the building services sector with a focus towards design led consultancies. It is a HOT desk so the ability to develop relationships, network to find the best candidates in the market is essential as is a hard working and dedicated approach.
