My client is a market leading construction recruitment consultancy established 10 years ago. They have over 40 staff and two offices in the Midlands and London. They have seen significant growth in the past couple of years growing organically and opening their London office in 2011 which has now grown to 10 plus staff and purchasing a new head office with over 30 staff. They are a dynamic organisation with a great reputation due to their high performance levels of consultants and great client relationships with their construction and residential clients.
They are looking to grow their London office and are looking to recruit an experienced permanent recruiter in the fit-out market. They are open to a permanent recruiter from any professional recruitment sector but ideally experience within the fit-out market would be highly beneficial as would knowledge of the construction sector as a whole. They are a down to earth, driven and very successful team so we need someone who can work autonomously (but with great support) and who is highly self motivated.
