They are looking to hire a Contracts, Finance Recruitment Consultant to work on a hot desk recruiting accounting and finance professionals at day rates from £250 – £500 into the Insurance market. This desk has billed over £400k consistently and will need someone super organised who can manage candidates and deal with volume roles. This is very much a delivery role as jobs are being called in all the time.
The successful candidate will be used to working in a fast paced, transactional role and although Insurance experience is not necessary, experience recruiting into Financial Services or a technical function would be useful. You will have a proven billing track record, be candidate centric and have excellent communication skills.
