Principal Consultant – Internal Audit into Insurance - City of London - Competitive salary + commission + benefits

Superb opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a super successful Insurance recruitment business based in the City. My client is well established, has international offices and an outstanding reputation in the Insurance market.

This is a professional yet entrepreneurial business where everyone is given the tools, training and infrastructure to ensure success. Each consultant has an individual P&L account and you will run your business within the wider business. There is a culture of freedom, high engagement and the will to succeed coupled with an environment of healthy competition. There is an in-house training programme which is thorough and tailored to the Insurance market providing all staff with robust technical skills. Encouragement and feedback is provided to help everyone maximise their potential. 

They are looking to hire an experienced Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant to recruit Internal Audit professionals into the Insurance space. They have an established and developed client network in this space and you will have clients/jobs to work with from day one.  You will be delivering on roles at all levels of seniority from entry level to Internal Audit Manager to Director/Head of Internal Audit. You will have access to a talent pool of both experienced audit professionals and emerging talent to help you deliver on these roles.

The successful candidate will have recent Recruitment experience ideally in Audit, Finance or a related sector. You will need to be a strong networker, willing to immerse yourself in the market and build strong relationships. You will need high levels of impact and a creative approach to recruitment as well as the ability to act quickly and decisively in what is a competitive market.
