My client are a leading name in the Luxury Fashion and Retail recruitment sector placing both temporary and permanent staff into stores as well as head offices, working with brands like Chanel, Burberry and Bose to name a few.
The store team are rocking it and the best in London; the permanent head office team area is solid and doing well however there is growth and work to be done through new hires and business strategy to make it even better.
Do you want to be the person to do this? It would be a great achievement. You would be paid well do to this role with a realistic OTE of £100k in the second year.
My client would totally support you to hire new people and business plan for success. The business is currently 25 people, 4 of those currently on the head office team, by the end of the year they would like that team to be 8. They currently have the client briefs coming in to warrant this immediate growth.
You would be asked to keep a hand in billing however with a soft target, the real role is in the growth and development of the team.
