Talent Manager - London - £30000 - £40000 - OTE £50000

The company -

My client  is one of the UK’s top recruitment consultancies, specialising in media, digital and marketing.

The Role -

Looking for a highly motivated, proactive and talented talent Manager to join the team.

Working closely with the HR Director, you will be directly head hunting and sourcing candidates to work for this client through a wide range of channels such as job boards and social media and from mapping out the market.

You will report directly to the HR Director and be involved in all stages of the internal recruiting life cycle within the business and be proactive in finding new ways to source candidates.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Headhunting candidates
  • Using various mediums to source candidates
  • Screening candidates
  • Obtaining job briefs
  • Creating job adverts and posting onto various channels
  • Coordinating group interview days as and where necessary
  • Working closely with marketing to ensure all marketing collateral is appealing and up to date
  • Interviewing candidates to determine their suitability for the roles
  • Liaising with the HR team on recruitment matters
  • Liaising with staff to facilitate the recruitment process
  • Attendance of relevant networking events

The Person -

They are looking for someone who is a talented Talent Manager and looking for more autonomy and ownership from their next role. This role would also suit someone who already holds an extensive background in recruitment and is looking to move into an internal role.

You will have a passion for recruitment, the media and marcomms sectors and be highly motivated with a proactive can-do attitude.

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Demonstrable and extensive recruitment experience as an internal recruiter or a consultant within a recruitment agency
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail
  • Confident, personable and articulate
  • Positive can-do and resilient attitude
  • Proactive and forward thinking
  • Initiative and organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work confidently with stakeholders across the business from consultants to board directors
