My client is a leading, independent finance recruitment business, established over 20 years’. They are a preferred supplier to over 300 companies and are the holder of a vast number of industry awards including “recruitment company of the year”.
The Transactional /Part Qualified finance team is currently a team of 12 and they are growing. They recruit accounting and finance candidates on an interim and permanent basis at salaries up to £45k into clients across Commerce & Industry and Financial Services.
They are looking for either an existing Manager or a Senior Recruitment Consultant who can step up to management quickly. You will be heading up half of the permanent Transactional/Part Qualified team and have a remit to build it out further. This is a Billing Manager role but you will be given a very warm desk to work on – you will earn individual and team commission plus management bonuses. For the successful candidate, this will lead quickly to an AD level role.
The successful candidate will have finance recruitment experience and will have previous experience mentoring a small team. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
