My client is a boutique Accountancy Recruitment Consultancy based in Central London. They recruit into 3 practice areas: Commerce & Industry, Financial Services and Not for Profit. They recruit from Part Qualified up to FD/CFO level on an interim and permanent basis and all of the consultants are experts in the industries they work in.
Due to an internal move they are looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to manage the permanent Not for Profit desk. This is a key part of their business and my client has a rich history in this sector. They can offer a very warm set of client relationships that need maintaining and built upon. The client base is impressive and includes some very well known and high profile names in the Arts and Charities sector’s. You will be responsible for delivering the best service to their existing client base as well as developing new business.
The successful candidate will have at least 12 month’s experience as a Recruitment Consultant recruiting Accounting and Finance candidates. You will have good academics, an entrepreneurial spirit and excellent customer service skills, providing the best service to your clients and candidates.
