They have a mature team with an average age in excess of 30 which creates this professional approach. The last 12 months has seen significant success with major growth not only financially but also in staff number and this growth will continue in 2016.
Due to this expansion they are looking to grow their property team as they are currently working at capacity on a number of retained assignments. Covering all aspects of the property management and client side market this is an opportunity to work alongside an experienced top performing recruiter who has billed in excess of £400k this calendar year. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the property market and have a minimum of three years recruitment experience however we would consider someone from a different professional recruitment sector as long as they are intelligent, well presented and highly motivated to work at the senior end of a market. Ideally the right candidate will have strong headhunting and proactive candidate generation processes as this is a candidate short market. An ability to work with senior level candidates is also essential.
