My client is a new business to the London Construction and Property market in 2016 and has already grown to 5 staff and a turnover close to £2 million within 12 months of operation. They were set up by three experienced and high billing senior recruiters who between them have over 30 years experience with construction, civils and M&E and who want to establish a construction recruitment that is different to the norm. It will be a non-corporate but highly motivated working environment staffed but recruiters who have the same hard work ethics and desire to work in a moral and ethical way and to work with a select group of clients. They want to be known for supplying the best candidates in their sectors at the right price for the client. They want to focus on their core areas of business in M&E, Construction and Civils where they become experts rather than trying to work across every sector.
They want to encourage a very down to earth, fun and incentivised environment with the focus on benefits to the staff including great incentives, gym membership and a non-KPI management style. They are small at present but looking to grow to 25 staff by 2017 and are keen to hire recruiters who are keen to learn and develop their skills.
The Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months recruitment experience within one of the construction, civils or M&E sectors, a strong work ethic and will be rewarded with a great commission structure, flexible working, many financial and social incentives, access to great clients and a great working environment.
