My client is an established HR search and recruitment business, founded over 20 years and with global offices. They recruit across the entire HR spectrum and work with an exceptional range of clients – from global legal and accountancy firms, investment and retail banks to FTSE & Fortune 500 companies, privately owned and owner managed companies. The Payroll division currently has 2 staff and due to volume of work they are looking to hire another experienced Consultant. You will be working with a diverse range of clients in Financial Services, Professional Services and Commerce & Industry. Job flow is high and this is a super opportunity to work in a fantastic business with a superb brand name and make a lot of money.
Ideally you will have previous recruitment experience in Payroll or Transactional Finance and be keen to develop a long term career. You will be self motivated, professional, enjoy working in a team orientated environment, commercial, driven and hungry for success. As a business they don’t work to KPIs but you will need to demonstrate a good track record of billings and achievement.
