They are now looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their team and work on a hot desk recruiting Accounting and Finance professionals into PSL clients in the Charity sector. They have a rich history in this sector with a warm set of relationships that need maintaining and built upon. You would be working alongside one other Principal Consultant and have access to an enormous client network. You will be recruiting at salary levels from £30k – 70k and working with some extremely high profile and well known names in the Charity world.
This is an incredibly diverse sector and you will be dealing with high calibre candidates. This is a truly exciting desk to work on as you will be able to engage with your clients directly, there is so much opportunity in this market and far less competition.
The successful candidate will have at least 12 month’s recruitment experience ideally recruiting Accounting and Finance candidates. You will have a good track record in recruitment, the confidence to deal with senior level candidates and clients and be a strong networker keen to immerse yourself in this market and build strong relationships.
In return you will be offered a competitive salary, uncapped commission that pays up to 40% and amazing benefits. In addition you will have access to formal training and career development plus quarterly and annual incentive schemes.
