My client is a leading brand, established over 20 years' and based in the City of London. They are looking to hire a Divisional Director to look after three sectors of the business:Marketing, Finance and Support, currently a team of 9, recruiting into Professional Services. Your remit will be to grow this team to 40 heads over 4 years' and establish a HR practice.
This success would lead to a Board Director role with an increase in salary and package.

The role -
Taking over 9 junior consultants within 3 disciplines - Finance/Marketing/Support into Accountancy Practice and Legal companies
Adding and growing a HR team
Developing consultants through to team leaders/managers
Growth of core sectors
Spotting and developing growth in your markets/add markets that relate
Hitting and exceeding budget
Full responsibility for your teams profit and loss
The team is looking to grow to 40 to match the average size of other divisions
Working with the wider business on the leadership team
This is a non fee earning role
You will need -
Operational experience within recruitment
To understand at least one of the markets this team operates in currently
To demonstrate effective leadership skills and success at developing junior consultants to high performers
Ambitious –want to take the team forward
Experience of delivering budget through your team
An upbeat, easy to get on with personality
Open to share and do what’s best for the wider business
