Due to an internal relocation, they are looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to work on a hot desk recruiting accounting and finance professionals into the Insurance market. This desk billed over £180k last year with the capacity to do more.
The successful candidate will have recruitment experience ideally recruiting finance professionals. Insurance experience is not necessary, experience recruiting into Financial Services or a technical function would be useful. You will have a proven billing track record, be candidate centric and have excellent communication skills.
