They are looking to hire a switched on and ambitious individual with at least one year’s of recruitment experience gained within the Actuarial sector. This is a warm desk with client accounts and jobs to work on from day one. As a 360 consultant, you will be expected to both maintain existing clients as well as building new relationships You will have at least 12 months' previous experience within an Actuarial or Pensions environment, have natural communication skills and have a flair for developing relationships with candidates and clients.
This is a technical area of recruitment and you will need to have the ability to confidently network at senior level.
