Great opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a high performing team. My client is a market leading recruitment consultancy, focusing on mid to senior level professionals in the Financial, Insurance and Professional Services sectors. Operating across specialist disciplines, they are the preferred supplier of a number of major international groups and smaller firms alike. Having grown organically, they currently have over 100 staff in global offices.
The division is made up of 18 recruiters and focuses on Finance, Risk, Audit, Compliance and Change Management roles in Banking and Asset Management at mid to senior level from £50k+. They work with a large number of PSL clients and there will be work/roles for you to work with from day one. This is a permanent desk working in a down to earth, adult and flexible culture with minimal KPIs and regular team socials.
The Compliance team is 3 people who are billing well, mainly with Banking clients. They are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to help expand the client base across medium to small sized banks and asset managers. Business is regularly called in, the market is mapped out but you will need to develop new business too. You will be working on a range of roles in Compliance from monitoring to financial crime and advisory roles at salaries from £40k – 100k.
