Recruitment Consultant - Change Management - City - £30000 - 40000 + commission

My client is a leading Financial Services recruitment consultancy and have been trading for fourteen years. They offer weekly training and a professional sales environment to help nurture and grow natural talent.

 Due to growth in the business, they are currently looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding team.  You will be working on a dual desk focusing on Project Management / Business Analyst hires where the average recruitment fee is between £9,000 - £18,000! 

The areas you will cover include Business Analyst, Project Management, Programme Management and Change Management. This is an excellent opportunity to manage your own specialist desk and you will be given large banking client accounts as well as a database of specialist candidates and clients making this a hot desk.    It is a full 360 recruitment role though so you will be generating candidates, winning new business, building strong business relationships and taking full ownership of your desk.  

The successful applicant will have over 18 months’ recruitment experience ideally within financial services.  Experience in Change Management is useful but not essential as full training will be given however you will have a genuine interest in banking and financial services.   A solid, consistent work history is preferred as well as a good track record of billings.

 Each consultant takes part in an intensive training process ensuring they have excellent technical knowledge of their markets, has access to state of the art recruitment software and each team has dedicated support staff to help you in your role.
