Great opportunity for an Associate Director or a Manager looking to step up. This role is to lead a team of 8 successful permanent recruiters and to grow on this success. They have head count to add 3 to this team over the next year.
This team recruit roles from 50-100k in the communications recruitment market, they work alongside the executive and interim team maximising clients. An established team that are doing well however could benefit from leadership and process to make them even better. The focus on the this team is to grow, my client is looking for an experienced manager/associate director to take on this challenge.
