Managing Consultant  – Facilities Management

You will be managing a high performing team of 5 in the white and blue-collar Facilities Management sector with some fee generation responsibility

Inherit an established team in facilities management recruitment with the focus to grow and develop this sector.  Be responsible for the development of your team's recruitment career and work for one of London’s most ambitious and progressive built environment specialists.

You need:

Previous management experience of a recruitment team focused on the Facilities Management sector

A track record of financial delivery against targets

Demonstrate growth of a recruitment team with focus on development of individual recruiters

High level of drive and ambition

Consultative approach

High level of integrity

Commitment to quality

A highly collaborative and team orientated approach

Excellent communication skills
