Billing Manager - HR into C&I - Central London - £40000 - 60000 + uncapped commission

Billing Manager required to join the leading HR recruitment specialist inthe UK.  

Due to the growth of this team and an internal promotion, my client is looking for a Billing Manager to take over a team of 4 placing HR professionals into the C&I Sector. This role would be great for an experienced Manager or someone looking to take a step into management. Whatever level you currently are at this company would support you in the transition. You don’t have to have HR recruitment experience, any professional recruitment experience and an in interest in the HR market would be great.

The Role

Billing Manager

Responsible for a great team of 4 consultants placing HR professionals

The team are recruiting at salary levels up to £50k

You would bill on a desk at salary levels over £50k

All clients are in the C&I space

Well developed clients that are household names for you work with

Be part of the leadership team and the wider strategy of the division

You will need

Experience of permanent recruitment in a professional sector

Either managing a team currently or you are  a managing consultant/team leader looking for a new role

An interest in working in the HR market dealing with C&I clients

A desire to be part of a fun team that respects each other and works towards the company values

A good sense of humour and happy to have fun at work 

I have placed over 20 consultants at this company over the last 10 years’ and the feedback has been amazing. You will receive support however be given freedom to run your team.  Everyone in the team is of a high standard and you will be there to lead them and help take their career forward. Day to day duties will be all that goes with having a team that look to you for advice and guidance.
