My client has been established since 2010 and is a niche recruitment supplier of programme, project and change professionals focusing on business transformation in the UK and abroad. They have grown rapidly year on year and have an extensive network of candidates and clients. Their client base includes FTSE 250, the Alternative Investment market and small to medium enterprise organisations in the UK and Europe.
Due to continued growth in the business they are looking to hire an Associate Director to lead and manage a team of 8. This is still a billing role but the main focus of the job will be to develop the existing team and grow it out further. The team currently has 2 managers and consultants at varying stages of their career.
