My client has been established since 2010 and is a niche recruitment supplier of interim programme, project and change professionals focusing on business transformation in the UK and abroad. They pride themselves on being a relationship led recruitment business and they believe recruitment is not a one size fits all approach and nor should it be a KPI driven environment.
They have grown rapidly year on year and have an extensive network of candidates and clients. Their client base includes FTSE 250, the Alternative Investment market and small to medium enterprise organisations in the UK and Europe.
Due to continued growth in the business they are looking to hire a number of Recruitment Consultants to join their ever expanding teams. There are very warm desks on offer recruiting into the Media, Retail and Financial Services sectors. You will be working with a high number of PSL accounts with some very well known brand names but this is a 360 recruitment role and you will be expected to develop your portfolio further.
You will receive ongoing training and be supported by an excellent management team. The roles would suit experienced Recruitment Consultants with a minimum of 12 months experience in professional services recruitment. You will be a strong team player, collaborative and able to build effective working relationships at senior level.
