Billing Manager – Qualified Finance
Fantastic opportunity to work for an impressive recruitment business based in the City of London.
The business is well established with international offices and over 60 staff in total. The focus is on recruiting mid to senior level appointments in: Accounting and Finance, Change Management, Strategy and Executive Search.
They are looking to hire a Billing Manager to lead, develop and grow their Qualified Finance team. The team recruit mid to senior level roles at salaries from £70k - £150k and working with a diverse mix of clients, from start ups, SMEs and FTSE clients, mainly in Commerce & Industry.
This is an autonomous role where you will have full responsibility for managing a team of 4 consultants, all with different levels of experience and you will be setting team targets, objectives, strategy, developing their careers and more. This is a billing role too and you will be client facing, able to go out, win work and deliver on it as well as managing the team.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced recruiter with at least 12 month’s leadership/management experience. Ideal is accounting and finance recruitment experience but this can be open. You will be client facing, confident, able to build professional working relationships and be a role model for the team.
